Macanudo Vintage 2000
Only the best leaves go around Generals Macanudo Vintage cigars, in this case the Vintage 2000. This is the sixth time in 27 years that the company has found a crop it deemed worthy of the Vintage designation. The selection process, overseen by the Daniel Nunez is stringent: the wrapper tobacco was harvested in 2000 and then the leaves are twice cured and aged five years, after which, 6 to 10 percent of the elite crop is chosen to go around the Vintage smokes. Piloto Cubano and San Andres long leaf fillers with dark San Andrean binders complete this fine blend. The result is a deep aromatic smoke with a complex and refined finish.
This final release of the Macanudo Vintage is very limited!!!
